-Day 2 okay my salad...now I'm missing my ranch dressing. I would water it down before and thought I could...but once you start sliding, it's down hill from there. So I was good and made a rice oil balsalmic vinaigrette dressing. Also enjoying the dandelion root tea with honey before bed.
-Day 3 I can't be certain but I feel I have more energy. Again the damn salad dressing tempting me. Wanted something sweet so I had a bowl of bananas, some almond butter and drizzle of honey....delicious.
-Day 4 Almost blew it on fish covered in parmesan! Again with the ranch must find a recipe to make with coconut milk.
-Day 5 Made my own recipe with coconut milk it was doable. Drinking Dandelion root tea every night too! I swear I felt I lost lbs when I woke up this morning. Maybe just from all the flatulence vacating. Can they smell healthy? Not hearty but can the smell indicate a level of healthy gut activity? Well, I'm saying yes. I'm no longer rumbling butt running and laying the blame on the kid.
-Day 6 Almost caved for a Seattle roll- no dairy, no cream cheese. But I was good.
-Day 7 Down 1lb :-)

Drank up my detox tea wholeheartedly. 1 week down minus a hiccup = not too bad. Let my emotions get the better of me; pulled the van out of our tight fitting garage and snagged the side mirror. Incidentally the same $300 mirror that was repaired over a month ago. Luckily it was just the cover that snapped back on.
So I dust myself off and start the week anew.
