One day a month no smart phone, computer, lap top, etc. Oh crap that would include tv.
Revisit in six months or less to add a second day.
May not seem much but by the end of the year I will have had at least 18 days without it. A big deal since I'm using them hours at a time daily.
Settle down machines...just a few days. No need to start a revolution over my resolution....gnarly.
