Been forgetting my tea and my water intake has decreased-will focus hard core on those for the next few days...
Yeah forgot the tea...again. Increased my water but not by much. But...the 30 days are OVER!
Stats...6lbs gone! Didn't exercise either. Man I missed my cheese. Didn't miss the wheat/gluten.
Out of the avoid list I will lose completely:
milk, gluten, beef, coffee, soda, alcohol, creamed veg (easy-gross)
once in awhile
