Okay so I fell off the wagon big time...I now get up and dust myself off. Mondays! Isn't that's what they are here for? To begin anew? Start of a new week? A new plan? A new regime?
So Monday! I start over my 30 days of WTF-weight loss through fitness. The past 3 weeks I choose to not call a waste since I did work out a few times, more so than I had the previous month. I may have, well I did gain back weight I lost...that sucks. But, I will use that disappointment to ignite this need to focus more on the exercising and less on the actual weight loss; this byproduct will be a happy result. Again the focus is on just being more active. So lets begin this 30 days with week 1!
Monday didn't bode well either but I managed-got some health issues but I promise to myself I won't emotionally eat myself into oblivion this wtf round!
