Tuesday- my fruit smoothie this morning was ab delish! Even made a seaweed salad for dinner that was yummy. I don't feel too hungry nor do I feel like all I'm eating are just boring salads. I'm drinking my detox tea again and it's something I look forward to.
Wednesday- Horrible headache this morning- I surmise it was due to my 6 Ritz cracker binge I had before bed the night before. bleh. Fruit smoothie was good and gave a little to dd and she went nuts over it I had to hide my portion! Lunch made a delicious green soup, half a sweet potato with the tamari dressing, salad, and a little kale chips.
Tonight (Sunday) made a delicious veggie drink: 1 beet, 2 celery, 1/2 cucumber, 2 tomatoes, 2 radish, 1 jalapeno, some fresh cilantro, cup of water, 1 T agave nectar-not too bad! I ended up scratching the side of my nose after cutting the jalapeno before washing...ow.
