With my ppa I started to feel a panic attack coming on because I was afraid to leave my comfort zone. My daughter hit her head and about choked up Tylenol and in tears I left the room to grab my lorazepam. My pills are only 5mg however I have a pill anxiety so I will usually half doses. Took a whole one because I didn't have a pill cutter and thought I'd be okay. Went back to join my entire family and said, "I took a whole dose and not sure how I'm gonna be-good luck!"
I had a Danish. After that, "that" door was opened. Still had my morning juices but processed foods crept back in. Returned home and still drank my morning juices however my dd was sick for the week and this get my anxiety going because all she did was moan and just sat next to me on the couch wanting to hold hands. I was excessively indulgent.
I'm always reminding my husband when he eats sugar, it freezes your immune system for up to 5 hrs!
