After the pizza realization, what I thought was a challenge to follow this new eating when others in the household are eating what they want, it's now not so difficult. I even made them an acorn squash stuffed portabella mushroom dish that was delicious! I normally would stuff it with chorizo sausage, celery, and sour cream but this time I replaced it with mushroom, onions and garlic and it was as hit! I love how my dd (dear daughter) loves fruits and veggies.
I have enough energy I may take on a Minimize Monday project! I've also lost 1.5 lbs.
Another bizarre thing that's been happening is I keep dreaming about this 'adventure'. In my dreams I keep telling people I'm a grain/bread less vegetarian. Maybe my subconscious is thanking me?
