And by Day 2 I mean work out number two. I won't be exercising daily for the 30 days although my 30 days of wtf means thirty days. My resting days are not real resting days as I have a 17mos old that I chase plenty around the house while cooking and cleaning.
Monday-day after workout #2...word of the day-ow. Ohmyshit my legs are killing me. Using the lo to pick up stuff because I can't bend over!
Fast forward to one week later and I didn't feel like a weigh in or even a work out. I like the ps3 Active 2 schedule because I can trade days and not be penalized. Even though "I" started my program on a Thursday they start on Sundays. Meh. I will say since I turned down the intensity my wanting to puke was eliminated. I still hate working out. But it's fun when I get to box or skate board doing tricks-it does get my mind off the fact that I'm working out.
